The Offering has been engineered to produce a controlled side to side action with roll at the apex that amplifies flash. The proportionally larger head section creates a smooth, consistent smoke that enhances the lure’s visual signature and assists predators in tracking and engaging more effectively.

Designed primarily as a sweep and wind lure, the Offering performs best when worked with a slightly slack line before each sweep. To create the optimum action, as the head of the lure resurfaces, start the sweep with slack line and a downward rod motion, taking the slack out of the line as the lure pulls into the water.

The longer and slower the action of the rod used, the longer the subsurface action will be achieved. Alternatively, accelerating this sweep and wind retrieve with short, sharp jabs creates a tighter, more erratic pattern.

210mm — 110g Differences

The Offering is an evolution, and the 210mm version is no exception. A recent retune has seen the lure gain 10 grams and an increase in profile, allowing greater buoyancy, support for larger hooks and an improved swim.

The 210 is tuned to accommodate various rod types and hook preferences, broadening its application across multiple species. By using the recommended hook and split-ring combination at either end of the weight scale, the lure can be adjusted for faster or slower rod types and angler preference.

As always, the lighter the hook and split ring, the more finesse required. Heavier hook combinations will keep the lure subsurface longer or allow ideal action on stiffer rod types. Rods with a softer tip and slow action are always recommended for the best results.
